Dr. Christopher Luebke-Brown is an active performer and educator with a passion for exciting new repertoire and modern pedagogical approaches. He has performed solo recitals across the country in addition to performing with instrumental ensembles such as the Austin Symphony Orchestra, the Dallas Winds, the Chamber Orchestra of the Springs, the Longmont Symphony Orchestra, the Long Bay Symphony Orchestra, Wilmington Symphonic Winds, the Wilmington Symphony Orchestra, the Opera Wilmington Orchestra, and Southern Harmonie.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Dr. Luebke-Brown has been performing for over nineteen years. He has been teaching privately for over seven years, teaching a wide age range from middle school students to adult beginners. He has held successful private studios in Austin, Dallas, Boulder, and Wilmington. Dr. Luebke-Brown served as Lecturer of Trumpet in the Department of Continuing Education at the University of Colorado at Boulder, teaching private lessons to non-major trumpet students. He is a regular contributor to the International Trumpet Guild Journal and has served as a volunteer, staff member, and performer at the International Trumpet Guild conference. He competed in the National Trumpet Competition in the graduate solo division, the military excerpts division, and the ensemble divisions, and he performed in the small ensemble that placed first in the 2022 small ensemble division.

Dr. Luebke-Brown is incredibly grateful for and indebted to his primary teachers, including Dr. Ryan Gardner, Ryan Anthony, Kevin Finamore, and Ray Sasaki.
