Specialization in Teaching
I teach in and coordinate the B.S. in Software Engineering program at UNCW. I teach all aspects of software engineering, and also teach specialized courses on Applied Software Security and Mobile Application Development.
Research Interests
My research focuses on human factors in software engineering and security, with forays into system reliability, machine learning, and computer science education. I am also a developer and have published multiple mobile and web applications to bring research to life.
Professional Service
I serve on the editorial board of the Elsevier Automated Software Engineering journal, and have served on the program and or organizing committees for multiple international conferences on software engineering.
