Myke Holmes
Senior Lecturer
Myke Holmes is a television and film actor who joined the faculty of the UNCW Department of Theatre in 2008. He earned his BA in Theatre from UNCW in 2004 and an MFA in Acting from Northern Illinois University in 2007 where he studied under master acting teacher Kathryn Gately. Myke has also had the distinct privilege to study and perform at the world-famous Moscow Art Theatre in Russia.
Since his departure from graduate school, Myke has performed in over 40 television and film projects including The Walking Dead, House of Cards, One Tree Hill, Mile 22, The Staircase, and Will Trent and worked alongside notable actors such as John Malkovich, Colin Firth, Parker Posey, Zach Galifianakis, Olympia Dukakis, Sarah Snook, and many others.
Myke teaches intro acting courses, Improv, and Acting for the Camera.
