Jason Hill
EHRA Temporary Faculty
Jason Hill is an adjunct professor in the Cameron School of Business at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where he teaches International Business.
He brings more than 30 years of experience spanning private industry, public service, technology, strategy, operations, shared services, and organizational transformation. Jason spent 20 years with the U.S. Department of the Treasury, including nearly eight years as a member of the Senior Executive Service, leading large organizations and complex modernization and transformation efforts.
Today, Jason also works as a consultant and advisor to federal and commercial organizations, helping leaders navigate complex challenges, create clarity, and turn ideas into action.
A lifelong learner, Jason holds an MBA from George Mason University and an M.S. in Information Systems Technology from George Washington University and has completed extensive executive education at MIT Sloan School of Management.
Jason is particularly interested in bringing real-world experience into the classroom and helping students connect what they are learning to leadership, innovation, technology, global business, and the challenges they will encounter throughout their careers.
