Sierra Danielle Fleming

Sierra joined the College of Science and Engineering (CSE) Academic Resource Center (ARC) in the fall of 2025. In her role as an Academic Advisor, Sierra is passionate about connecting with students and helping them succeed in their academic and career goals. As a UNCW alum, Sierra has a strong passion for the student experience and enjoys helping students get connected on campus and utilize the resources available to support them, just as those resources once supported her. Before starting at UNCW, Sierra worked at Cape Fear Community College as a Health Education Advisor, where she supported nontraditional and transfer students as they navigated selective admission programs in healthcare. Sierra is deeply committed to student success and strives to support students holistically throughout their journeys by leading with empathy and a genuine desire to understand. In her free time, Sierra enjoys reading, going on long walks, thrifting, watching horror movies, and cuddling with her cat.
