Sean English

Assistant Professor

Sean English received his PhD in Mathematics in 2018 from Western Michigan University under the advisement of Andrzej Dudek. He spent at year as a postdoc at Toronto Metropolitan University and three years as a J. L. Doob Research Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign before joining UNCW as an assistant professor in 2022. He organizes the UNCW Combinatorics and Probability Seminar, and is on the steering committee for the Triangle Lectures in Combinatorics. His research interests include Combinatorics, Graph Theory and Discrete Stochastic Processes.
