Dr. AbdElRahman Ahmed ElSaid is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW).
He earned a Ph.D. in Computing and Information Sciences from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Prior to his doctoral studies, he completed an M.Sc. in computer science and a B.Sc. in aerospace engineering, alongside several years of experience in the civil aviation industry.
His research focuses on time series data predictions using machine learning and artificial intelligence, with additional collaborative work in computer vision and embedded systems projects.
Dr. ElSaid's aim is to bridge the gap between engineering and computing, particularly within the broader field of engineering.
