Wendy D. Donlin

Associate Dean

I'm currently the Associate Dean of the Graduate School. In this role, I provide support to current graduate students, graduate assistants, graduate faculty, and graduate programs. I'm also a professor of psychology, interested in behavior analysis, health related behavior and substance use disorders.

Specialization in Teaching

I have taught classes in research methods, learning, drug use, applied behavior analysis, science and pseudoscience, and the teaching of psychology.

Research Interests

I'm an experimental psychologist specializing in Behavior Analysis, particularly in translational and applied approaches. My research encompasses a wide range of topics, including substance abuse, health behavior, experimental analysis of behavior, contingency management, behavioral economics, and the integration of artificial intelligence and biometrics in treatment. I'm interested in translating basic research into therapeutic solutions for health issue. These programs address various unhealthy behaviors, such as drug abuse, medical compliance, physical fitness, and dietary habits. I'm also a collaborator in the Brain Health Research Hub at UNCW.
