Lindsey Trione Decker
Asst Dean of Students for Off Campus Student Services & Student Conduct
Lindsey Decker serves as the Assistant Dean of Students for Off-Campus Student Services and Student Organization Conduct. In this role, she provides leadership, oversight, and assessment for Off-Campus Student Services (OCSS), which connects off-campus students with university resources, educational opportunities, and programs that foster engagement with both the university and the Wilmington community. Lindsey also leads the student employee program within the Office of the Dean of Students, overseeing the recruitment, training, development, and supervision of the student staff team. Additionally, she manages the student organization conduct process, including conducting investigations, collaborating with campus and community partners, and developing educational interventions and sanctions that support student learning and accountability.
Beyond her primary responsibilities, Lindsey serves as a member of the Crisis Response Management Team and participates in the university's on-call rotation, providing support during student emergencies and critical incidents.
