Kevin Craig

Assistant Professor of Information Systems

I was a computer programmer and project manager for over 10 years and have worked in a variety of industries. My current research is about the value that human beings offer when AI can mimic human behavior. Please see my editorial on the topic: https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/pdf/10.1080/15228053.2025.2565989. I'm on the editorial staff of two social science journals and usually manage articles that have to do with blockchain technology. My most often cited work is about how technology can threaten human identity (i.e., make us re-think our social status, our roles in society, and even what it means to be human): https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1080/07421222.2018.1550561. I'm a volunteer with Sea Scouts and a member of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary, and I am crazy about music and video games.
