Thomas C. Coombs
Associate Professor
Thomas Coombs obtained his PhD in synthetic organic/organometallic chemistry at Emory University in 2008. After completing post-doctoral studies in medicinal chemistry and parallel synthesis at the University of Kansas, he joined the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at UNCW in 2013. He has served as the graduate coordinator for the department since 2024.
