Karen Cassidy is a strategic and collaborative student success leader who designs and leads proactive, data-informed retention strategies that strengthen persistence, progression, and degree completion. Her work is grounded in three core strategies: barrier identification and removal, cross-divisional collaboration, and intentional, data-informed success campaigns. She leads institution-wide efforts to address obstacles to reenrollment, align Academic and Student Affairs into a coordinated system of support, and deliver targeted outreach at critical points in the student lifecycle. Known for her action-oriented, data-driven approach, Karen builds scalable systems that turn insight into early intervention and ensure students receive timely, holistic support.
