Grace E Burmester
Academic Advisor
Grace joined the College of Science and Engineering (CSE) Academic Resource Center (ARC) in 2024. She was previously an Academic Advisor in the UNCW Watson College of Education and at the University of Florida (UF) in the School of Forest, Fisheries, and Geomatics Sciences. Prior to advising, Grace worked in UF enrichment programs such as dual enrollment, early undergraduate research programs, and camp programs for high school students and K-12 teachers. She also has experience in environmental education and community theater. Grace is interested in how people move through the academic systems as well as inclusion, diversity, and equity.
