Message from the Department

The UNCW Department of Public and International Affairs stands united with communities of color in calling attention to pervasive racial and social injustices and condemning the violence, aggression, and marginalization these communities face. As faculty of policy and politics, we must continue to raise awareness of the devastating impacts of racial and social inequities and develop solutions to dismantle these systemic issues. We are committed to equitable treatment for all students and colleagues regardless of race, religion, nationality, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, and veteran status.
