UNCW@Onslow graduates have the opportunity to participate in two graduation ceremonies, at UNCW Main Campus and/or the Annual Commanding General’s Graduation at MCB Camp Lejeune. Graduates are encouraged to participate in both ceremonies watch your email for updated information on both ceremonies.

The 24th Annual Commanding General’s Graduation Ceremony is open to all UNCW@Onslow Graduates who wish to participate.

Students who wish to walk at the Camp Lejeune Graduation Ceremony will need to fill out the Graduation Reservation Form. Graduates and their guests are invited to attend a reception in their honor at the Paradise Point Officers Club following the ceremony


UNCW Wilmington Campus Graduation Ceremonies - 2019

Graduation at the main campus is held twice a year (December and May). The following information about the main campus graduation can be found on the UNCW Commencement website:

UNCW Graduation Deadlines & Application (All Locations)

In order to graduate from UNCW (main campus or extension), you must fill out a graduation application. You will not receive a diploma unless you complete the application. The deadline to submit your undergraduate application is as follows:

* There is not a summer commencement. Summer graduates participate in the fall commencement.

Please Note: Graduate students must apply for graduation by filling out a form through the Graduate School.


Undergraduate and graduate diplomas will be mailed from the Office of the Registrar to the graduate's permanent address within eight weeks of Commencement. Review and edit your permanent address on SeaNet or in the Office of the Registrar.


Regalia Information for Distance Education students may be found here. UNCW@Onslow graduates do have the option of picking up their cap and gown at the Coastal Carolina Bookstore on April 16, 2019.  There is no requirement to order in advance. Military and Spouse Honor Cords, for Onslow students, may be picked up at either the Camp Lejeune or Coastal offices any time prior to graduation.
