We’re excited to announce a new set of updates that make working in Cascade easier, faster and more intuitive. These changes help you find content more quickly and improve the News experience for content managers and visitors.

Open in Cascade: A Game Changer

Finding the exact page you’re viewing on the live website in Cascade can sometimes take time. That’s why we’re introducing “Open in Cascade,” a simple bookmark that streamlines the process.

Once set up, this bookmark allows you to:

• Open any live webpage directly in Cascade.
• Jump to the correct location instantly, no searching required.
• Work seamlessly across News, Events and uncw.edu pages.

Simply follow our setup guide to add the bookmark to your browser. After that, any page on the UNCW website is just one click away from opening in Cascade.

News Enhancement: Yearly Archives & Load More

We heard your feedback. Accessing older news content beyond the most recent year was not always easy, and there was a need for a simpler way to browse more results.

To improve this experience, we’ve introduced two key updates:

• “Load More” functionality at the bottom of the news feed.
• “Yearly Archives” is now available on News homepages and category pages.

These enhancements make it easier for visitors to explore past content and for you to showcase the full depth of your stories.
