Planned Maintenance Weekend Nov. 15-17 & Nov. 22-24

We will perform system maintenance during the weekends of Nov. 15-17 and Nov. 22-24. Please plan accordingly, as all systems and services are subject to intermittent interruptions. 

Planned maintenance windows allow ITS to work on various campus systems, applying important updates, upgrades, and security patches to keep our systems secure and reliable. Below are details on how the maintenance work will affect you.

How This Affects You:

Friday, Nov. 15 - Sunday, Nov. 17

All systems and services are subject to intermittent interruptions due to patching and reboots during the maintenance window.

• DegreeWorks Upgrade: This system will be unavailable starting Friday at 5 p.m. throughout the weekend.
• 2014 SQL Cluster Migration: Approximately 25 systems, including ImageNow, TIMS, iPrint, and the online directory, will be affected starting Friday at 5 p.m. for up to 5 hours.
• Note: Canvas and UNCW Email will not be affected.

Friday, Nov. 22 - Sunday, Nov. 24

All systems and services are subject to intermittent interruptions due to patching and reboots during the maintenance window. 

• Banner Upgrade: Banner and Seanet will be unavailable starting Friday, Nov. 22 at 5 p.m. 
• 2016 SQL Cluster Migration: Approximately five systems, including the SSRS Reporting Portal, will be affected starting Friday at 5 p.m. for up to 5 hours
• Note: Canvas and UNCW Email will not be affected.
