Performance Management Updates
- Performance Plans for 26-27 were due July 31.
- Mid-Cycle Reviews opened on September 1 and will remain available through November 1.
- We have recently experienced a system issue that inadvertently advanced some 2026-2027 SHRA performance plans to workflow steps that were not aligned with the established performance management timeline.
- We are actively working with our vendor to resolve the issue and restore affected plans to the appropriate step. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact employeeengagement@uncw.edu.
