UNCW is “All in to Vote”

UNCW commits to 100% student voter registration, participation ahead of elections.

UNCW is taking part in the "ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge," a national, nonpartisan effort encouraging college students to register and vote.

“I’m proud to join hundreds of fellow institutional leaders in committing to full student voter registration and election participation through this initiative,” said UNCW Chancellor Aswani K. Volety. “Our students are our greatest investment. I encourage each and every one to take an active part in shaping the future political landscape.”

Launched in 2016, the ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge recognizes and supports campuses as they work to increase nonpartisan democratic engagement and full student voter participation.

By signing the pledge, UNCW is committed to ensuring all eligible students can register to vote and cast informed ballots in the general elections and beyond. Additionally, UNCW is committed to fostering a campus culture that supports nonpartisan student civic learning, political engagement and student voter participation.

The UNCW One Card issued to students can be used as a form of photo identification to vote in the 2024 primary and general presidential elections (valid through Dec. 31, 2024).
