Junior guard Trazarien White's 27 point, 10 rebound effort off the bench helped propel the UNCW men's basketball team to a thrilling 80-73 victory over 12th-ranked Kentucky on Dec. 2 at Rupp Arena.

The Seahawks moved to 6-2 this season with their first win over an AP-ranked opponent since 2002. The Wildcats fell to 6-2 this season. White's game-high 27 points led all scorers. The Mansfield, Texas, native was joined in double figures by guards Donovan Newby (15), Shykeim Phillips (13) and K.J. Jenkins (11). Read more about the stunning upset at UNCW Athletics website.
