A total of 244 UNCW student-athletes from 17 teams are among the league-record 2,478 Colonial Athletic Association student-athletes named to the Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll for the spring 2019 semester. The number featured 99 men and 145 women for the Seahawks.

The list recognizes student-athletes who distinguished themselves in the classroom and in the athletic arena. To be honored, student-athletes must be members of a team in a CAA sport and achieve at least a 3.0 grade point average.
