There will be a special called meeting of the UNC Wilmington Board of Trustees at 8:30 a.m., Monday, December 11, 2017. Some members of the Board may participate by conference call connection. Some portion of the meeting will be held in closed session, as allowed under the Open Meetings Act and the NC Administrative Code.
