A low-volume “growl” test of the Seahawk Warning Siren System is scheduled for 12 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 14. The campus sirens will emit a low-volume sound for about 15 seconds during the test.

The Seahawk Warning Siren System is an outdoor emergency warning tool that the university uses in conjunction with a number of other tools, such as the homepage, Facebook, Twitter, email, desktop, phone and text notifications to communicate with the campus community during major emergencies.
