UNCW is monitoring tropical weather conditions in the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico in cooperation with our on- and off-campus partners. While the storms are expected to largely bypass our area, the National Weather Service indicates that there is a high risk of rip currents along our coastline.

Please remember to be safe at the beach. Stay out of the water as directed by signage and safety personnel.
