The Board of Trustees of the University of North Carolina Wilmington will hold a special called meeting at 4 p.m. on Monday, April 18, via conference call, originating in Alderman Hall 215.

Portions of the meeting will be conducted in closed session as allowed under the Open Meetings Act in order to consider the qualifications, competence, performance, condition of appointment of a public officer or employee or prospective public officer or employee, to establish or instruct the staff or agent concerning the negotiations of the amount of compensation or other terms of an employment contract, and to consult with our attorney to protect the attorney-client privilege.
