Business Services offers short-term property rentals to assist new employees with their transition to the University or current employees with interim housing. This service is also available to visiting UNCW affiliates.

All properties are newly renovated, tastefully furnished, and are conveniently located near the UNCW campus.

This home is located on the Center for Marine Science campus, in a secluded area a few hundred feet from the ICCW. The home was recently renovated and is furnished in a coastal design to remind our guests of their proximity to the water.
