UNCW Printing Services provides a full range of copying, printing, bindery and other services. Our services extend from quick copies to full-color printing combined with a variety of finishing options.

Our team focuses on meeting the specific needs of the campus community, and we are dedicated to providing the university with reliable service, excellent quality, on-time delivery and competitive pricing.

End-of-Year Printing & Design Cut-Off Dates

Printing Services would like to express our gratitude for the opportunity to serve your printing needs throughout the year. As we approach the end of the year, we will be conducting our annual inventory as outlined below: If you have any questions regarding this schedule, please feel free to contact Printing Services at 962.3183. Thank you for your cooperation and continued support.

Office of University Relations:
Project requests for printed items requiring design – with final text and images – must be submitted via the “Need OUR Help?” button at www.uncw.edu/our no later than NOON, Monday, MAY 5th. Print items for review/approval only must be submitted no later than NOON, Monday, May 26th. Orders to be printed by off campus vendor: File and paperwork to Printing Services by Monday, June 2nd. OUR project request submitted by Monday May 5th

iPrint Business Center:
• iPrint Business Center will close for inventory Monday June 23rd, & Tuesday June 24th
• Business Center will reopen Wednesday, June 25th 10:00 am

Copy Orders:
• All quick copy printing last submission day Monday June 9th
• SeaPrint forms Wednesday, June 9th
• Returned orders to customer Thursday, June 12th

Printing Orders:
• Orders to be printed by off campus vendor Monday, June 2nd File and paperwork to Printing Services
• Stationary items Monday, June 2nd
• All final print files and paperwork to Print Shop Monday June 2nd
• All final proof signs and returned Tuesday June 2nd
• Delivery or final print orders to customer Monday June 11th
• Printing Services closes for inventory Tuesday June 24th
• Printing Services reopens for business Friday, June 27th

NOTE: All orders received after the indicated cut-off date will be placed in the queue for production, delivery and billing in the budget year 2025/26. Orders will be processed in the order they are received beginning Tuesday, July 1, 2025. If there are special needs and requests for special handling, please contact Printing Services at 962.3183 as soon as possible.
