Customized CliftonStrengths Workshops

Invite us to your next team retreat or team building session to facilitate a customized CliftonStrengths workshop based on the unique Top 5 Strengths of your team! Participants take the CliftonStrengths© assessment in advance. During the workshop, we provide facilitated discussion about its personal and organizational uses and how it can help your team take advantage of its unique strengths. What is CliftonStrengths?

The simple online assessment and accompanying resources and materials are your portal to learning how to develop our greatest talents into strengths. During this 30-minute assessment, you'll see 177 paired statements and choose which ones best describe you. The assessment measures your talents --your natural patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving--and categorizes them into 34 CliftonStrengths themes.

There is only CliftonStrengths assessment, but Gallup can generate different types of reports for you depending on what type of access code you purchase. For Faculty and Staff, we recommend CliftonStrengths Top 5, not CliftonStrengths for Students. Visit the Gallup website for more information.

Consult with your department budget authority to determine how to purchase your Top 5 report. The cost for access to the assessment varies, but your department should be able purchase access to your Top 5 for $24.99.
