Explore the growing world of moving images and sounds. Film studies students have access to state-of-the-art filmmaking technologies to develop their craft. They learn writing, curating, and publishing skills, while researching international cinema history.
Through the program, film studies students work with world-renowned film scholars and practitioners, in the University Film Center and across campus media facilities.
Opened in August 2021, the UFC is outfitted with high-end industry grade equipment, offering hands-on training in digital cinematography, digital editing, sound recording, design and mixing and the ability to screen your own work.
