Must be pre-kindergarten ready* and 4 by June 1st

* Students must be able to use the bathroom themselves and able to carry their own backpack.

From one fish two fish, from here to there, Seussical sea creatures are everywhere. Learn all about animal diversity in the sea while investigating the marine science themes found in some of Dr. Seuss’s most beloved stories.  From tropical seas to Antarctic ice sheets, from sandy dunes to Sargasso weeds, discover how far sea turtles migrate, why some fish swim in schools and how animals adapt to the different places they live.  Oh, the place you will go with Seussical Sea Science.

Field excursions include:

  • Exploration of the beach, marsh, and science lab. 

Highlights include:

  • Each day begins with a special read-aloud Dr. Seuss book
  • Enjoy a safe, shallow water boat float through the marsh
  • Dr. Seuss themed activities all about sea science
