What does it mean to be a Resilient Coastal Community?
Resilient communities are able to recover from extreme storms and reduce the impacts of climate change. Our current projects, Storm Surge Protectors and Oyster Spat Monitoring, aim to protect our coast by getting the public involved through Citizen Science! Our volunteer Citizen Scientists help us collect valuable data on the health of our local wetlands so our communities can be better prepared.
