Consulting Services & Support
Consulting Services & Support encompasses classroom and computer technology support services, the Technology Assistance Center and Tac Repairs technology store, and business process consulting.
Enterprise Systems Support
Enterprise Systems Support focuses on support for enterprise-level applications including Banner along with other mission-critical applications and systems. Application development, reporting and Web services fall within this service portfolio.

Infrastructure & Operations Services
Infrastructure & Operations Services is responsible for the planning, installation, management and support of UNCW's central computing and storage infrastructure in addition to its voice and data networks. This includes the infrastructure supporting advanced research computing, distance education and other academic initiatives.

Project Management Office
The ITS Project Management team manages the portfolio of all IT-related projects. This includes the implementation of new systems (through purchase or development), major system upgrades or modifications, and IT-system business process improvements.
