Emotional Wellness for Holistic Health

Everyone has emotional health! This program focuses on understanding emotional health to achieve optimal wellness. Through experiential activities and discussion, students will explore their emotional health, the stigma that impacts our ability to discuss this aspect of wellness, and how to be sensitive to others who may have concerns. Topics including but not limited to are stress management, sleep, anxiety, and on-campus resources will be addressed.
