Impacts of Childhood Poverty: Annual Taking the Pulse on Poverty Symposium - CANCELED

The ninth annual Taking the Pulse on Poverty Symposium will begin at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25 in McNeill Hall, Room 1005. Panelists will address the issue and challenges of children living in poverty, including health, education and the social service system. There will be a reception before and after the event to give guests a chance to continue discussion of the topic.

The event is free and open to all and is being sponsored by the College of Arts and Sciences, College of Health and Human Services, Watson College of Education, Office of Community Engagement, Department of Public and International Affairs, Department of Sociology and Criminology and the School of Social Work.
