Lecture by Cinema Scholar Vlad Dima

Vlad Dima, associate professor in African Cultural Studies and French and Italian at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, will discuss representations of football, fantasy and body in African cinema at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 19 in Teaching Lab, Room 1053. A reception will follow.

The free event is sponsored by the College of Arts and Sciences, the Office of International Programs, the Departments of World Languages and Cultures, International Studies and Anthropology.
