Policies

Junior Seahawk Academy Refund/Cancellation Policy: The registration fee is non-refundable. We ask that you please contact us at least 2 weeks prior to the start day of the camp if your child is unable to attend the Academy. If a participant is asked to voluntary withdrawal or is expelled from the academy as a result of disciplinary actions no refund will be issued.

  • In the event that Junior Seahawk Academy is canceled, due to University closure or other unforeseen events, the registration will be refunded.

All Junior Seahawk Academy participants and guests must follow all of the policies for the program and UNCW.

In the event of severe weather or emergency conditions prior to the start of the program, the program will be canceled and a refund less a processing fee will be issued. If cancellation occurs after the program has started, we will issue an appropriate refund that takes into account the activities already completed.
