Full Cycle Performance 101: Basics for Supervisors

New supervisors of EHRA non-faculty and/or SHRA employees are invited to attend this Full Cycle Performance Basics leadership workshop. This interactive training session will orient supervisors to the performance policies, tools, and resources, as well as provide talking points, strategies, and techniques to make the most of the Full Cycle Performance Program.

NEW! Communicating Expectations and Maximizing Impact Using the Full Cycle Performance Process and Coaching Skills

HR Employee Relations and Leadership and Talent Development have designed this program for supervisors to learn how to avoid certain situations and leadership behaviors and implement the best practices we have seen since the launch of the Full Cycle Performance. In addition, we have one full year of Full Cycle Online under our belt. As a result, now is a good time to evaluate and adjust our leadership practices that strategically align with the results of the engagement survey so we can intentionally increase retention and employee satisfaction in the workplace.

Goal Setting & Calibration Workshop for Supervisors

UNCW supervisors- join us to examine, discuss, and create sample goals for employees. Uncover project possibilities that top performers and rising stars might consider embracing in order to achieve “exceeds expectations” performance status. Collaborate and discuss possible goals that potentially motivate underperformers to rise to “meeting expectations” status.
