Commencement Ceremonies Header

The UNCW Spring 2022 Commencement Exercises will occur in-person on Friday, May 13 and Saturday, May 14. All ceremonies will take place in Trask Coliseum and will be accessible via livestream from the UNCW homepage and Ceremony Livestream page. All ceremonies will be fully close-captioned.

Ceremonies will be separated by school or college. Locate the ceremony time associated with each school/college below. Each ceremony will last 1.5 - 2 hours. 

Graduates have the opportunity to RSVP for their ceremony through their Commencement Registration account. Graduates must register for their ceremony by Monday, April 18.

Guest Tickets

All graduates registered for an in-person ceremony have the option to claim guest tickets. The quantity of guest tickets available to each graduate varies by ceremony. Graduates can access their ticket allotment details through their Commencement Registration accountThis account also allows graduates to download, email, or print their guest tickets. For easy access, we recommend printing or taking a screenshot of each guest ticket for each guest.

Once graduate registration closes on Monday, April 18, graduates will have the opportunity to claim a limited number of additional guest tickets by logging into their Commencement Registration account on or after Wednesday, April 20. The additional guest ticket claim period will remain open until all tickets have been claimed.

Guests must have a ticket with a scannable QR code to enter Trask Coliseum. Children above the age of 2 are required to have a ticket. Each guest ticket contains a unique QR code. Guests can either print the ticket or display the ticket via a smart device to be scanned at an entrance gate. Doors will open one hour before each 
ceremony start time. Guests without tickets will NOT be admitted into Trask Coliseum.
