Commencement

Assist with Ceremonies Header Photo

Welcome Staff, Faculty and UNCW Community!

While we will not need assistance for an in-person ceremony this semester, we can still use your help in celebrating our Class of 2020 Graduates!

The Office of Transition Programs will be looking for volunteers to assist in assembling Commencement Boxes to send to the 2020 graduates. This will be a huge undertaking and will only be possible with the assistance of staff, faculty, alumni, and the UNCW community. If you are willing and able, we would love your help!

Commencement Box stuffing will take place on Monday, November 16 to Thursday, November 19 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Trask Coliseum (2nd Floor, Golden Hawk Room)*. If you are available and interested in signing up for a volunteer shift, please complete the form below.
