Registration Fees:

IMC Conference Registration Fee: $110, includes the Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening events as well as breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday. 

IMC Pre-conference “Teaching with Adobe Creative Cloud” Registration Fee: $25, includes lunch and materials for the pre-conference from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Thursday, June 1.

IMC Guest/Spouse Evening Event Rate: $60, includes Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night events.

Room Rates: Wednesday, May 31 - 169.00/night, Thursday, June 1 - Saturday, June 4 - $254/night (2-night minimum stay on Friday and Saturday).

To receive these special rates, please call the hotel’s reservations department at (910) 256-8696 or (800) 689-6765 and provide the name of our group, UNCW-IMC Conference, when making your room reservation. Reservations must be received by April 30, 2017 and a credit card guarantee is required. Please note at the time of making the guest room reservation, the front desk staff will require the first night's room and tax to be charged on the guest’s credit card.

Early arrivals and late departures will be accommodated upon request and room availability. The Hotel will gladly provide baggage storage. There is a $5.00 plus tax fee for parking per day. There is a 48 Hour Cancellation policy for hotel room reservations. Guest check in: 4:00pm; Guest check out: 11:00am. Additional Fees/Costs include an environmental Fee, as well as applicable Occupancy and other taxes, and Credit Card and/or Travel Agent fees where applicable.
