American College for Healthcare Executives

The UNCW MHA Program is a part of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) Higher Education Network

ACHE Student Associate Membership

Students are highly encouraged to become a Student Associate Member. Student Associate Members gain access to a Directory of Postgraduate Administrative Fellowships, Healthcare Executive Career Resource Center, ACHE Employment Service, ACHE recommended Publications and Newsletters, Educational Opportunities, Financial Assistance, and other valuable tools and resources.

UNCW is a member of the Association of University Programs in Health Administration (AUPHA).

The Upsilon Phi Delta Honor Society at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington

Upsilon Phi Delta logoUpsilon Phi Delta is a nationally recognized academic honor society for students in healthcare administration. The society is administered by the Association of University Programs in Health Administration (AUPHA). Upsilon Phi Delta is derived from the Greek words for health, service, and leader. The organization was formed in 1965 to further the profession of health administration and the professional competence and dedication of its members.

The University of North Carolina at Wilmington graduate chapter of Upsilon Phi Delta was formed in 2021. Membership in the University of North Carolina at Wilmington graduate chapter is based on academic excellence and upholding high professional standards and ethics. Members are selected based on academic achievements as the top 5% of your graduating class.
