Inside the GLA Studio Interviews

Do you want to shorten your learning curve and be inspired and equipped by leaders who have chosen to lean in and lead though life’s challenges and victories?

We promise to “wisk” our GLA Studio audience away with our leader’s Wisdom, Insights, Stories, and Knowledge. Host Molly Nece, UNCW's Director of Employee Leadership Learning and Engagement, will humorously and energetically engage each GLA Studio guest in a conversation with the 10 questions they chose from a list of 30 questions surrounding the three themes the Gender Leadership Academy was founded upon:

  • Gender and Leadership: Communication, Stereotypes, Socialization, and Role Models
  • Re-defining Your Role: Stepping Up to Challenges and Finding Courage
  • Building a Diverse Pipeline of Leaders

Live interviews will end with a 15-minute open discussion for our GLA Studio audience.
