What is Environmental studies?

Environmental studies is the science which studies the interaction between man and the environment, emphasizing the links between different subjects related to this issue, including ecology, economics, geography, geology, meteorology, politics and sociology.

If "environment" is defined as everything that surrounds us, then environmental sciences is not only about natural environments, but also about built, social, and organizational environments, and all of the relationships between them.
