From the Help button within Canvas you’ll have access to:

  • 24/7 Canvas Support via phone or chat.
  • The ability to submit a Canvas support ticket.
  • Access to the Canvas Guides.
  • Access to the Canvas community site.
  • Submitting a feature idea.

Technical & Access Issues

Use our Canvas section in the myTAC portal if you need help with any of the following:

  • Integrate a 3rd Party tool with Canvas
  • Technical Assistance, such as access issues or error messages
  • Course Merges
  • Request a Canvas Course Shell

Instructional Design

Distance Education and eLearning (DEeL) help with instructional design (designing, developing, and delivering online or web-enhanced courses) and basic user-end support.
