Printing Services Staff Collects Items for Hurricane Matthew Victims 

October 25, 2016 - "Team Print" responded and delivered to the request for goods to aid the Lumberton and Pender county flood victims in the aftermath of Hurricane Matthew.  Staff members collected food, water and household cleaning items.  Mike Lloyd, director of campus support services, expressed his pride at the team's willingness to join the recovery efforts. "After viewing the news and hearing about the devastation due to flooding, team print felt obliged to help and that they did," he said. 

Dub's CafeCRC Conference Workshop Hosted On Campus (PDF)

On March 21, UNCW Sustainability and Campus Support Services hosted a Collegiate Recycling Coalition (CRC) conference workshop for the first time. Fifty-four delegates from North and South Carolina Universities and three student panels were in attendance. The mission of CRC is to promote sustainable resource use through waste reduction, reuse, and recycling on college campuses and to facilitate networking, exchange of information and strategic action.
