Arts at UNCW

Calling all artists, designers, and creatives!

UNCW’s Office of the Arts is in search of a new official poster for the 2020 Lumina Festival of the Arts! The Lumina Festival is a celebration of the arts in the coastal South that takes place on the UNCW campus during the summer. The festival features events in opera, theatre, dance, film, music, visual art, and performance poetry and is a celebration of arts and culture in the Cape Fear community. This year’s festival events will include Opera Wilmington’s “Magic Flute,” and more to be announced!

We are looking for submissions that creatively capture the essence of arts in the coastal south. Submissions are open to UNCW students, faculty, and staff, and the greater Wilmington community. The winner will receive a $500 prize.

By submitting your poster design, you agree that UNCW’s Office of the Arts may use and/or modify your design for other marketing materials, including programs, electronic media, etc. UNCW’s Office of the Arts will credit the winner whenever the design is used.
