
Cultural Anthropology Concentration
Cultural Anthropology is the study of human culture. It involves such topics as traditional societies, gender roles, indigenous rights, human rights, public health, refugees, museum studies, and shamanism.
Cultural Anthropology faculty members: Dr. Bill Alexander and our newest member, Dr. Hikmet Kocamaner. In addition, Dr. Carolyn Jost Robinson concentrates in Biocultural Anthropology. Our faculty conduct ongoing fieldwork research. We offer several internships and individual research projects in the field of Cultural Anthropology.
