Transfer Student Refund Request Deadlines
All refunds must be received in writing to transitions@uncw.edu by the deadline according to the orientation date the student selects. No refunds will be granted after the deadlines.
May 18: Refund request deadline is May 10
June 1: Refund request deadline is May 24
June 28: Refund request deadline is June 14
August 17: Refund request deadline is August 1
Details to Include
All refund requests must include:
- Student's name
- Student ID number (#850)
- What your refund is for (i.e., canceling a guest, student no longer attending UNCW, etc.)
- If you are canceling a guest, please include the guest's name
Refund Process and Timeframe
A refund will be issued to the credit/debit card used for the original payment. A refund will be issued to the credit/debit card used for the original payment within 10-12 days.
