Yes, this is a fully online program. You can attend the program from anywhere in the world as long as you have access to the Internet.

The program provides flexibility for working professionals. The program length depends on the numbers of courses you take each semester. Most full-time teachers take one to two courses during fall and spring semesters plus courses during the summer.

This schedule allows practicing teachers to complete program requirements in approximately 1.5 to 2 years. The program can be completed in a year (Fall, Spring, Summer I, and Summer II) if you are a full-time student and take maximum courses per semester.

No. Although this program is designed with teachers in mind, you do not have to be teaching in a school to attend the program.

Yes, you can apply for consideration for the graduate assistantship when submitting your application to the program. You will need to be able to come to the UNCW main campus and work during daytime.
