Earn two M.B.A. degrees from two universities in the same amount of time as a traditional M.B.A. You will complete your core courses at UNCW and select from one of our four partner schools for their specialization. After completing your thesis, you will have a great foundation of global business cultures and practices, which acts as a strong propellant to your career prospects.

With an International MBA degree, graduates can become a:

Financial analysts are responsible for a variety of research tasks to inform investment strategy and make investment decisions for their company or clients.

Investment managers develop strategies and execute global trades within a financial portfolio.  They might work for a large global investment company like BlackRock, Invesco, Vanguard Group, or Fidelity Investments.

Develop marketing campaigns that promote a company or service; digital managers spearhead brand awareness in the digital arena. Other responsibilities might include website traffic, oversee social media initiative, and target customer and business leads on websites and platforms such as Facebook, Instagram,, Twitter, TikTok and Pinterest.

The Director keeps track of a company's environmental impact.  They suggest ways to harmonize company activities with the nature. They work to direct efforts to minimize pollution and adverse effects of manufacturing on the environment.

What Does This Program Entail?

Two universities + two countries = two master's degrees in a year and a half. The International M.B.A. is a unique master's program combining travel, adventure and culture with a profound academic experience. All courses are offered in English.

Semester 1: Core Modules

Intensive training in the fundamentals of marketing, finance and strategy.

Semester 2: Specialization

Choose from four different universities and specializations for your second master's degree.

Semester 3: Thesis

Complete the program by writing your thesis.
